Sifter Plus scans each outgoing e-mail message and looks for sensitive information.  If this type of information is found, it quarantines the message and sends a notice to the original sender (or the sender's supervisor).  If the e-mail is deemed acceptable, it can be resent from the quarantine.  Otherwise, it can be sent as a Secure E-mail.

By including the word "secure" in the subject line of an e-mail message, Sifter Plus will hold that message in a secure quarantine.  A message will be sent to the recipient of the e-mail indicating that they have secure e-mail.  The recipient can then "authenticate" and respond to the e-mail securely.  The ROI for this feature alone pays for Sifter Plus!

CAN-Spam Act Processing

When one of your customers opts out of marketing information, the Sifter Plus database will be updated.  Thus, any future mailings to this customer will be intercepted and quarantined.
 

E-mail Archiving (Custom Feature)

Sifter Plus can create an ISO image of all incoming and outgoing e-mail.  This will be burned to web-browsable read-only media for the client on a regular basis. 

This feature, required for some SEC regulated companies, is a custom feature and is provided at an additional cost to the client.
 

Compliance Queue (Custom Feature)

This feature facilitates the monitoring of e-mail by the compliance personnel according to SEC requirements.  This feature is available with Sifter Plus.
